Notice of Temporary Pool Closure and Event - Update

As the Managing Agent for Verandah Homeowners’ Association, Inc., we are updating the community of the extended pool closure. We extended the closure to August 6th due to pocket voids discovered behind the old plaster. To ensure the pool plaster would not delaminate, the contractors recommended we extend the closure for the plaster to cure correctly. However, they may be able to have this completed by August 4th.

If the replaster application cures on time, we are planning to reopen the pool on August 5th, with an adult evening event that will include live music and Kona Ice Truck. Water slides will be available for those with families in attendance. Homeowners will need to fill out waiver forms and check in at the gate for HOA member verification.
