Temporary Pool Closure

The HOA is preparing to shut down the pool for 3 weeks starting July 11th – 29th to replaster the pool surface and reopen tentatively on or before August 1st.

The decision to close the pool and start renovations came in the wake of the current issues and complaints of how rough the surface plaster has become. We feel that performing the repair now, will benefit the community going into the 2023 pool season, since we will not have to wait in line for service during the off season.

Planned events are to take place for each weekend the pool is closed, to make up for the down time. The below weekend dates will be scheduled for these events. There will be water slides, video game trucks, food trucks, Kona Ice, and DJ’d music. Restrooms will still be available during the events.

In addition to the events hosted by the HOA, the pool will be kept open into October, or as long as weather permits, to give this time back to the community.
