Notice Of Animal Nuisances

The Association has been receiving complaints of frequent or excessive dog barking all hours of the day or night. This is a violation of your Association’s rules and according to Section 2.01.007 “Animal Nuisances” a violation of city ordinance as well. As a courtesy to your neighbors, please do not allow your dogs to bark for long periods of time.
