We hope you have been enjoying your summer pool season! The pool will remain open WEEKENDS ONLY after Labor Day until September 30th for your enjoyment. As a reminder, please contact Essex Association Management, L.P. regarding pool parties and pool card / band requests or questions. Please follow the pool rules that are posted in the pool area as well as on the website. We want everyone to enjoy their time at the pool and be safe. The pool will officially close for the season at the end of Friday September 30, 2016. Please contact Essex Association Management, L.P. should you have any questions.

All the pool’s systems are functioning properly. However, a pump malfunctioned overnight which caused the pool’s water level to be lower than normal. The pool is currently filling through its auto-fill system and will be full by 9pm this evening and ready for some summer fun.

The Association has been receiving complaints of frequent or excessive dog barking all hours of the day or night. This is a violation of your Association’s rules and according to Section 2.01.007 “Animal Nuisances” a violation of city ordinance as well. As a courtesy to your neighbors, please do not allow Your dogs to bark for long periods of time.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is proposing to improve the interchange on the IH30 at FM2642 (see map location below). Construction is anticipated to begin in the fall of 2016 and will take approximately 18 months to complete. As part of this project, both the North and South frontage roads will be changed from two-way to one-way traffic from FM35 to FM1565 North. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
