We hope everyone had a great Summer, and enjoyed the pool season as much as we have. With the season coming to an end, and school starting back up, the pool hours will be moving to weekend hours. Starting September after Labor Day, the pool will be available during weekend hours only. Let’s make the most of what is left and enjoy the poolside. We hope to see all of you next Summer!

We are currently in the process of upgrading the existing pool gate entry system due to rodent damage. The repairs will be completed soon, and ask that you bear with us during this transition. Gate entry cards will need to be presented to the on-duty attendant for access to the pool. We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your cooperation. Some Homeowners have been inquiring about the amenities and when the community can expect to see more added. The Developer has reported there are plans to expand upon the current amenities just outside the existing pool and the plans for adding a soccer field are underway. The Soccer Park’s location is under review however, a tentative location will be behind the new Model Park area soon to be developed. The Developer will be introducing other new amenities as well as walking trails in the future as the new phases continue to be developed.
