As you may be aware, notice of 2019 assessment increases have been mailed. Towards the end of each year expenses are compared against the Associations income. It is during this review that it is determined whether or not an assessment increase is required. After careful review of the Association’s financials and 2019 expenses, an increase in the 2019 assessments was deemed necessary in order to sustain a healthy operating account. Last week, there was an act of theft and vandalism in the community where copper wire was taken from the fountain by the pool which damaged the fountain and left it inoperable. Copper wire is costly to repair and/or replace and since there was vandalism as well the repairs may include more than just the cost of replacing missing wire, a cost which must be borne by the Association.
If anyone may have noted any suspicious activity around the fountain by the pool last week, we would appreciate it if you would contact Essex Association Management at 972-428-2030. Any information provided will remain confidential and will only be shared with local law enforcement authorities currently investigating the matter. Thank you in advance for any help you can give in identifying the person/s responsible for the theft.

To gain access to the pool, please visit your community website, click on the link to complete the form and submit your request. If you have not registered on the website, you will need to register. After you have registered, it will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to receive your email authorization to access the Pool Request Form.
