Last week, there was an act of theft and vandalism in the community where copper wire was taken from the fountain by the pool which damaged the fountain and left it inoperable. Copper wire is costly to repair and/or replace and since there was vandalism as well the repairs may include more than just the cost of replacing missing wire, a cost which must be borne by the Association.
If anyone may have noted any suspicious activity around the fountain by the pool last week, we would appreciate it if you would contact Essex Association Management at 972-428-2030. Any information provided will remain confidential and will only be shared with local law enforcement authorities currently investigating the matter. Thank you in advance for any help you can give in identifying the person/s responsible for the theft.
